We help people learn and discover new things.

We started using the internet to connect by email. Then came Facebook and other social networks to help us share our personal moments in real time. Now, enterprise social networks are trying to bring the social revolution into businesses—but in reality they deliver a lot of noise that doesn’t assist long-term productivity.

At Crowdbase, we believe enterprise social networks and knowledge management should be reinvented to make businesses better. And that’s why we’re building a social knowledge platform, our own blend of algorithms and technologies, to help people structure knowledge to get better answers and discover new things.

Albert was previously CEO at Mirego and CTO at Copernic. He loves traveling and understanding people’s passion. Albert believes that Crowdbase can change people’s life by giving them a better way to discover and learn new things. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Université Laval.

Sébastien Morin

Sébastien Morin

VP Product & Marketing

Sébastien was previously VP of User Experience at Mirego and Interactive Marketing Director at DuProprio. He loves breaking the status quo and building great products. Sébastien believes that Crowdbase can make the world a better place by allowing people to share the things they know and learn.

Martin Laprise

Martin Laprise

CTO & Chief Scientist

Martin was previously Software Engineer at BrightScope. He loves complex puzzles and believes Crowdbase can help people find better answers, thanks to machine learning and natural language processing. Martin was a researcher in nonlinear optics and is a PhD Candidate in Physics at Université Laval.

Luc was previously a Ruby software engineer for various businesses. He loves photography, great wines and engineering challenges. Luc believes Crowdbase is a great way for people to connect and share knowledge. He graduated from Cégep de Sainte-Foy.
